The casa particular Quinta Colonial offers 4 comfortable rooms in Vedado Havana.
The casa particular is close to the park John Lennon, and the "Unión Francesa" of Cuba (a very famous gastronomical complex). The casa is near to the Cohíba and Riviera hotels. calle Paseo, Plaza de La Revolución y and Colón cemetery.
All the rooms have :

Casa particular Quinta Colonial lies in a private garden, close to the places of interest for the foreign visitors.
The casa offers great meals, but nearby you will find the restaurant "Tupí", the "Unión Francesa", famous for the "criollo" and French food and the "Casa de la Amistad", another restaurant and very good nocturnal center.
You will find banks, food stores, clothing stores, ... near to the house. Cinemas, theaters and the entertainment offered by the hotels Cohiba and Riviera famous for their "Havana" nightlife are within walking distance. The casa particular is also close to the cemetery Colon. A short stroll takes you to the Malecon of Havana, its views and the typical arts and crafts market.
Nearby you will find several agencies that rent cars microbus etc.
Casa particular Quinta Colonial derives its name from the colonial contruction in it's spacious garden. Its patio is populated by old trees including mango, avocado, coconut, orange and lemon trees, At the front of the house you will find a small garden with a and diversity of ornamental plants that give a very pleasant atmosphere to the place. Here absolute tranquility reigns, the noise of the city disappears and it is possible to be take in the the sun or enjoy your breakfast. A place maybe to read a good book while smoking a good Cuban cigar.
In the back part of the house (with their independent entrance from the street), two virtual apartments are rented The consist of a terrace, kitchen, dining room, with all the equipment necessary to be able to prepare your food.
The cost of the apartments is of 30 to 35 CUC (pesos cubanos convertibles) according to the season. CUC, Euros and dollars are accepted (based on the current exchange rates).
